Courtney Hiller
Founder
Courtney drives the strategic vision of All Points. She started our company after recognizing a gap in the market: small to mid-size brands needed sophisticated marketing and media strategies to help them grow, but were typically overlooked by larger agencies. Having lived abroad and traveled extensively through other countries, she has a keen ability to help brands discover new markets for their products and services, and position them more effectively to their audiences across channels. With a background in Human Communication Theory, Cross-Cultural Communication and International Marketing, she helps clients to understand their prospective and current customers better and connect with them more effectively using a variety of acquisition, retargeting, and loyalty strategies. Also an adjunct professor in the graduate school at New York University, she is passionate about teaching marketing and media strategies to the next generation of marketers.
Caitlin Bagley
Content Director
Caitlin specializes in social media, content marketing and SEO strategy. She spent six years in the news industry as a writer, editor, homepage curator and social media manager for various media outlets. With a master’s in Digital Marketing from Sacred Heart University and a love for the written word, Caitlin tells each client’s story thoughtfully and carefully within the digital realm.
Christina Berry
Account Director
Christina is an Account Director here at All Points Social, leading and guiding the development of overall client objectives and the ongoing strategic direction of our clients’ marketing activities. After graduating with a Business Administration and Entrepreneurship degree from the College of Charleston, she’s worked in operations, sales, and digital marketing, providing her with a holistic experience that allows her to understand what’s required in making a business successful. She thrives in the fast-paced agency environment, is solutions oriented, and loves a challenge. In her free time, Christina loves relaxing on the beach or hiking up a mountain; exploring new countries and cultures; and enjoying good food and drinks with family and friends.

With a background in corporate event operations and marketing, she excels at organizing complex projects and knows that the details are what make the biggest impact. Working on a wide range of clients across multiple categories with varying objectives, Dania becomes fully immersed with each client team and brand to understand their vision and ensure solutions tailored to that vision are developed and delivered successfully.

In her role as Social Media Manager, Fern devises social media strategy, creates compelling and engaging social media content, designs digital brand assets, engages with the community, and more. Fern has worked within the marketing realm for many years, starting at an architectural design firm. She is extremely creative; her love of design and passion for connecting businesses to their communities work in tandem to amplify client results.

As a Marketing Coordinator, Ana focuses on developing engaging content for client accounts. She assists in creating email marketing, and social media campaigns and maintains each client’s brand voice throughout all social platforms. With a background in Public Relations and B.A. in Philosophy from Franklin & Marshall College her creativity and out-of-the-box thinking are driving factors in successfully boosting public interest and engagement.

Kristen oversees search engine marketing initiatives. A self-proclaimed “Search Nerd” with a constant craving to learn, Kristen brings over 13 years of industry experience to the team. When she’s not reading the latest digital marketing trends or going above-and-beyond to achieve unprecedented results for our clients, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, or a cold one, or watching another episode of “The Office” for the ten-millionth time.
Arthur Wienslaw
Head of Finance and HR
Arthur leads our business operations and is responsible for all financial matters. He has a broad background in the chemical, manufacturing and consulting industries, having held a wide variety of technical and commercial roles, led M&A teams, business and corporate development efforts, and licensed technology. He specializes in strategy execution and customer engagement. Arthur holds a B.S. degree in Physics from the University of Massachusetts and an M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University.

Erin leads our social media content strategy. With a BFA from New York University, her unique background in the performing arts is coupled with an extensive resume in the food industry. With limitless creativity and range, Erin delivers value for clients in a variety of areas, including content strategy, contest and giveaway strategy, and partnerships and co-branded content.
Amanda Kunrath
Creative Director
Amanda is an art director and multimedia designer with a passion for storytelling and instigating emotions in her audience. She graduated from University of Bridgeport with a degree in Graphic Design and Advertising and got a master’s degree in Digital Marketing from Sacred Heart University. She has also completed the program at Book Shop, a portfolio school with focus in creative direction in Advertising, where she became the first student to receive a Gold Pencil award for a campaign as an art director in the One Show Young Ones in 2018. Amanda has a wide background in advertising with a focus in content creation for social media. Outside the screens, she runs her own natural chocolate business and performs at yoga and meditation events as a harpist.
